I.P.P. Process to Freedom™
Initiatives for the Development of Humanity, Inc. and Stand Against Poverty, Inc., in collaboration with ForLawFirmsOnly Marketing, Inc., have developed and launched a program to benefit victims and survivors of human sex and labor trafficking called I.P.P. Process to Freedom™. The acronym I.P.P. stands for INTAKE, PROTECT, and PROSECUTE, the three major processes needed for human trafficking victims to begin their path to recovery, restoration and freedom. The I.P.P. Process to Freedom™ is a rapidly growing program that operates in several communities throughout the United States. Operating as an underground project that strongly supports and protects victims and survivors of human sex and labor trafficking. The program is currently expanding to service victims of clergy abuse, industrial sexual abuse survivors, homeless and transitional foster care youths, and at-risk teens. We partner with legal organizations, group homes, and safe havens with like missions throughout the United States to place, protect and implement a proven recovery plan, individually designed for each victim, with the goal of living independently in the mainstream society.
Our vision is to provide comprehensive individualized services to victims and survivors of human trafficking. Customizing a recovery plan that is culturally appropriate for each survivor will help ensure their path back to society.
- To Intake survivors and victims of human trafficking into our program.
- Protect their identities and whereabouts from their aggressor’s while
recovering through our Recovery and Restoration Services.
- Prosecute all that benefited from the trafficking, including businesses, establishments and facilitators.
- Bring justice to the survivors.
- Through our individualized, comprehensive programs, prepare each victim to live a bondage-free life in our society.
“Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted; the indifference of those who should have known better; the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most that made it possible for evil to triumph.” These words written by the author Haile Selassie have inspired and guided me towards my work with survivors of human trafficking. It’s time to raise our voices, say “no more” and end this culture of sexual violence against innocent people. No longer will perpetrators, facilitators, and complicit bystanders hold power to silence and hide the devastation they have caused. The power dynamic is shifting at this very moment. We want to help! I am proud to be part of a group of people and organizations helping human trafficking survivors replace feelings of fear and isolation and morphing them into strength and hope.
The I.P.P. Process to Freedom™ program is not just a “Human Trafficking Victims’ Initiatives Program”; it is a movement we have created for victims of human trafficking to take back their power and end their silence. Working with highly qualified lawyers to represent survivors, we intend to prohibit the ability of trafficking to continue. Step by step, industry by industry, our attorneys are committed to file lawsuits against these complicit bad actors and hold them accountable to end human trafficking.
Initiatives for the Development of Humanity, Inc., Stand Against Poverty, Inc., & ForLawFirmsOnly Marketing, Inc. have developed a safety program with a fool-proof system that protects and revitalizes victims of human trafficking while prosecuting their benefactors.
The vulnerabilities of victims of human trafficking make them quick targets to be sought by predators. Traffickers prey on runaway teenagers, children in the foster care or welfare system, substance abusers, or simply people in compromised positions such as undocumented immigrants. In addition, they work unsuspiciously in disenfranchised geographic communities and online, where a plethora of young unsuspecting victims can become available to them for exploitation. The I.P.P. Process to Freedom™ is the program developed by these three organizations to sanction, revitalize, and bring justice to victims of human trafficking. The result is a survivor that has been through a tailored, individualized recovery program capable of living in society bondage-free.
Protecting Human Trafficking Victims & Survivors
One of the most important aspect of our program is protecting its participants. Victims of human trafficking come to our organizations for rehabilitation, legal representation and most of all, protection. Most, if not all, victims and survivors of human trafficking are vulnerable to retaliation that can lead to serious violence toward them. Stand Against Poverty, I.D. Humanity and ForLawFirmsOnly Marketing, Inc. collaborate closely with local law enforcement offices, The Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.), The United Nations Mission on Human Trafficking, private investigators, and highly competent security guard companies overseeing the security of participants in the I.P.P. Process to Freedom™ program. As a result, our underground safe havens, transitional group homes, and program participant homes are considered the safest in the system. Do not let the term “underground” fool you! Most of our group homes are quietly integrated and masked into prominent middle-class suburban neighborhoods, not contemplated to attract attention. The inconspicuousness of the I.P.P. Process to Freedom™ program ensures the safety of its participants. The team at ForLawFirmsOnly Marketing, Inc. works with experienced attorneys specializing in human trafficking cases that are willing to work with our program participants. The security and anonymity of their clients are severely guarded during the program process.
Dr. Ed Lott, the Managing Partner at ForLawFirmsOnly Marketing, Inc., has formed a Human Trafficking Legal Task Force consisting of experienced attorneys and paralegals to work on behalf of victims and survivors. All participants in The I.P.P. Process to Freedom™ program will have legal access at absolutely no cost.
Stand Against Poverty, Inc. has extended its program called The Legal Support Program™ to work in conjunction with The I.P.P. Process to Freedom™ program. The Legal Support Program™ and ForLawFirmsOnly Marketing, Inc. have formed a network of attorneys specializing in human trafficking laws throughout the United States that are willing to work with our participants. The Legal Support Program™ encourages and helps the participants maintain an ongoing relationship with their case.
The Legal Support Program™ helps its participants stay engaged and informed on their human trafficking litigation cases; most importantly, the program encourages the participant to conclude the litigation process by not pre-maturely withdraw or mentally weakened by fear or intimidation throughout the process. As a result, participating attorneys will have fewer case withdrawals or no-show clients during the litigation process. The attorneys will be working with a group of mentally prepared clients willing to seek justice and relentless in completing their rehabilitation process.
We are seeking more attorneys willing to represent victims. If you would like more information on our program features and how you can participate, please contact us.
